Terms & Conditions for Receiving a Free Jewelry Kit

We are excited to collaborate with creators who share our passion for style and elegance. To ensure a smooth and mutually respectful process, please review the following terms and conditions before applying:

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have an active public Instagram account with a minimum of 50,000 genuine followers.
• Content style and audience must align with the Varnicia brand values.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Kit Selection & Purchase

• Influencers will select a jewelry kit or specific pieces from our imitation collection.
• Selected products must be purchased in advance. This is a refundable deposit, not a payment.
• Prices may vary depending on the items selected.

Delivery & Responsibility

• Kits will be dispatched after confirmation and receipt of payment.
• Varnicia is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Influencers must handle the kit and jewelry with care and respect.

Content Requirements

• Influencer must create and publish at least one high-quality Instagram Reel showcasing the product.
• The Reel must include proper tagging and collaboration with the Varnicia Instagram handle.
• One Instagram Story must be posted featuring the product and tagging Varnicia.
• Content must be published within 7 days of receiving the kit.

Refund Conditions

• The full amount paid will be refunded within 5–7 business days after all required content is live and meets the terms.
• Failure to meet the content requirements will result in non-refund of the initial amount.
• Partial or poorly executed content may lead to refund delays or deductions.

General Notes

• Varnicia reserves the right to accept or decline collaboration requests based on internal criteria.
• Influencers must not alter or misrepresent the products or brand messaging.
• All content created remains co-owned by Varnicia and can be reused for promotional purposes.
