At Varnicia, every piece of jewelry is made-to-order, crafted exclusively for you with precision and love. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect selection.
However, we value fairness and satisfaction. Returns will be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect or quality issue
Eligibility for Return & Refund
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Clear images or videos of the issue must be shared with our support team.
Return Process
- Reach out within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.
- If your case qualifies, we will cover one-time return shipping (RTO) and guide you to send it to our Surat office.
- Our team will inspect the item upon receipt and update you on the decision.
Refunds (If Approved)
If approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
If Return Is Not Approved
You will be notified of the rejection. To get the product sent back, you must cover the cost for two-way shipping (initial RTO + re-delivery).
Additional Notes
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Products with customization errors made by the customer are not eligible.
- We are not responsible for courier-related delays or damages, but we will try to assist wherever possible.
