1. Product Information & Availability
   All products are described to the best of our ability. Minor variations in design, color, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manual measurements.
   Product availability is subject to change without notice. In rare cases, an item ordered may become unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.
2. Made-to-Order Policy
   All jewelry products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately, and cancellations or changes are not allowed beyond 6 hours of order confirmation.
   Please review product specifications, sizes, and customization options carefully before confirming your order.
3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
   Orders will be confirmed only upon successful payment.
   Varnicia reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
4. Pricing & Payments
   All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   We use third-party payment gateways. Varnicia is not liable for payment failures or processing delays caused by the gateway or issuing bank.
5. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are dispatched via trusted third-party courier partners.
   While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or regional issues.
   Delivery will be attempted at the address provided. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or return of the product.
   Varnicia is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages post-dispatch but will assist in resolving the matter with the courier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
   Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:
   • The wrong item is delivered
   • The item is damaged in transit
   • There is a manufacturing defect
   Refunds are issued only after product verification and approval.
   If a return is denied post-inspection, the customer must pay for two-way shipping to retrieve the product.
7. Certificate of Authenticity
   Every product is shipped with a certificate of authenticity.
   If you do not receive it, you may request one via the Contact page with your order details.
8. User Account & Data
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
   Varnicia is not responsible for misuse resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
   Personal data shared during the purchase is protected under our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
   All designs, photos, content, and logos on this site are the intellectual property of Varnicia.
   Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
    Varnicia does not provide any warranty beyond what is mentioned on the product page.
    The company disclaims all liability for damages resulting from misuse, exposure to chemicals, water, or rough handling.
11. Liability Limitation
    Varnicia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
    Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
